We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Marketer to join our team and take charge of the technical implementation and automation of our multi-channel communications. Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Configure, test, and launch campaigns across Email, Web Push, Popup, and SMS channels using Customer.io.
  • ​Logic Design: Build and manage CRM campaign logic, including entry/exit triggers, flow conditions, and exclusion rules.
  • ​Bonus Management: Utilize internal systems to credit user bonuses and manage reward programs.
  • ​Quality Assurance: Verify offer accuracy, including bonus percentages, caps, and wagering requirements.
  • ​Monitoring: Proactively track communication flows and troubleshoot any technical errors.
  • ​Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align on strategy and approve copy/designs; assist User Support with complex inquiries.
  • ​Reporting & Optimization: Prepare performance reports and iterate on active campaigns based on data-driven hypotheses.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months of experience as a CRM Marketer. Experience with B2C products (iGaming, Fintech, or E-commerce) is highly preferred.
  • ​Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Customer.io (or similar CDPs) setting up both broadcasts and automated trigger-based campaigns.
  • ​Technical Skills: Solid understanding of segmentation, triggers, variables, and A/B testing. 
  • ​Basic SQL proficiency (for verifying conditions and building segments).
  • ​Proficiency in HTML email coding and layout.
  • ​Operational Knowledge: Understanding of bonus system mechanics, offer types, and user status hierarchies.
  • ​Tools: Experience working within Jira/Confluence and ticket-based environments.
  • ​Additional Plus: Experience with Telegram bots and advanced multi-channel flows.

Conditions

  • Remote 100%.
  • Agreement to work on weekends (2 days off per week, but one is on Saturday or Sunday)
