Promo Manager

We are looking for an experienced Promo Manager to launch and analyze promotional campaigns.

• Plan and run promotions for the poker product (tournaments, rake races, leaderboards, etc.).
• Draft rules, prize structures, and marketing materials (email copy, banners, promo pages).
• Segment players and set up CRM campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results (retention, ARPU, ROI) and optimize mechanics.
• Coordinate with product, support, and compliance teams.

• 3+ years in iGaming/poker or game marketing.
• Understanding of poker formats and promo mechanics.
• Analytical skills (Excel; SQL or BI tools are a plus).
• Experience with CRM and email marketing.
• Working-level English.
